Operating Procedure

Authentication

Create account or sign in with existing credentials.

  • • Click "Sign In" button in navigation
  • • Provide email and password (6+ characters)
  • • For signup, confirm password must match

Provide template and content files (.docx format only).

Common Issues

Troubleshooting

Tables not formatting correctly

Ensure your template contains at least one formatted table. The system clones table XML from template tables. If no tables exist in template, default styling is applied.

Title page graphics missing

Verify template uses "Blank Template" mode. Title page elements (images, text boxes) are only preserved in this mode. In "Example Document" mode, only specified sections are copied verbatim.

Processing takes too long

Large documents (100+ pages) may take 20-30 seconds. Complex tables and extensive formatting increase processing time. For very large documents, consider splitting into multiple files.
